After some arguments, on instructions from the petitioners, who are present in Court, Mr. Varun Goswami, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners in CRL.M.C. 6138/2026 and CRL.M.C. 6150/2026, and Mr. Rajesh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners in CRL.M.C. 6131/2026, CRL.M.C. 6174/2026, and CRL.M.C. 6183/2026, seek permission to withdraw these petitions, without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the parties in the pending criminal proceedings. 3. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the cases.
