: Despite repeated calls nobody has appeared on behalf of petitioner. A perusal of previous order dated 20.03.2026 shows that on last occasion also the petitioner was unrepresented. On last date a direction was issued to the Registry to inform the counsel for the petitioner. As per report submitted by the Registry learned counsel for the petitioner has been informed through e-mail. Despite the above mentioned information the petitioner is unrepresented today. Thus, it is apparent that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. Accordingly, the instant petition is hereby dismissed in default.
