Also, despite orders passed by this Court on 31.01.2026 and 06.02.2026, vide which the learned counsel appearing for the Bank was required to inquire about the status of the matter and exact amount involved in the controversy, learned counsel submits that despite making communications to the State Authorities, no reply whatsoever has been received by them. With the said directions, the present writ petition stands allowed and the respondent – Bank is directed to forthwith defreeze the petitioner’s bank account being Current Account No.50200067449752 with HDFC Bank, Boytawala Branch, Benar Road, Jaipur.
