The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:- i. "Issues a writ of mandamus to consider the representation dated 24/2/2025 and pass appropriate orders as per the BBMP amended Act. produced at Annexure-A. ii. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 24.02.2025 at Annexure - A has not been considered by the respondents. 3. Whenever any representation has been submitted by a citizen to any authority, it is required that the said Representation be acted upon and necessary orders be passed within a reasonable period of time, either accepting or rejecting the Representation submitted, in accordance with law. 4. Needless to say, if an order of rejection is passed, the same would have to be accompanied by reasons. Neither having been done, I pass the following: ORDER i. Writ petition is allowed. ii.
