Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks for direction upon the respondent authorities to grant intra district transfer to a school nearby her place of residence. 3. The petitioner contends that she joined as an Assistant Teacher of No.9 Gobra Primary School under Bhagwangola Circle, District-Murshidabad on 26th July, 2005. The petitioner is confirmed in service with effect from 26th July, 2007. The petitioner was subsequently promoted as Head Teacher in 20, Patamari Primary School, village Patamari, Mahisasthali, Bhagwangola, P.O. Mashisasthali, District-Murshidabad with effect from 28th June, 2018. The petitioner is suffering from various 2 gynaecological problems as well as spinal cord L5S1 disc prolapsed and also tumour in the left vocal cord. The petitioner has to travel about 40 kms. up and down to attend the school. On 22nd September, 2025, the petitioner made a representation before the concerned authority, however, the same is still pending consideration. Hence, this writ petition. 4. Md. Manuwar Ali, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the matter may be relegated to the appropriate authority for due consideration. 5. Learned Advocates representing the State as well as District Primary School Council, Murshidabad leave the matter to the discretion of the Court. 6. In view of such submissions advanced on behalf of the respective parties, respondent No.7, Chairman, District Primary School Council, Murshidabad is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22nd September, 2025 and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law, upon notice to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 7. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing of such order. 8. The respondent No.7 is granted liberty to seek for medical examination of the petitioner, prior to consideration of the representation of the petitioner. 3 9. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to respondent No.7, Chairman, District Primary School Council, Murshidabad, for necessary compliance. 10. With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA 26161 of 2025 stands disposed of. 11. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted. 12. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 13. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 14. There shall be no order as to costs. 15. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 16.
