It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that since the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2024 has not been considered so far by the respondents, the present petition has been filed. 3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, produced the Status Report on behalf of respondents 2, 3 and 5.
