The arbitral proceedings are ongoing in the context of a Concession Agreement dated 17.05.2021 for the Palanpur – Randhanpur – Samkhiyali Section of NH-27 in the state of Gujarat on Tolling, Operate, Maintenance and Transfer (the ‘TOT’) basis. 5.
