No.126/2021, which was dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 11.09.2025. 6. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. FA No.126/2021 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law, subject to removal of default in F.A. No.126/2021 within two weeks from today.
