Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of directing to the Learned Civil Judge Junior Division Jhanshi to decide the complaint Case U/s 138 N.I. Act filed by the petitioner on dated 21.11.2023 in complaint case no. 26944 of 2023 "Vijay Bahadur Yadav Versus Arvind Kumar", within the stipulated period may be fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the court concerned be directed to be concluded in a time bound manner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the complainant. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jhanshi to decide the Complaint Case No. 26944 of 2023 (Vijay Bahadur Yadav Versus Arvind Kumar), under Section 138 N.I.
