The case of the prosecution is that there was a property dispute between the accused and the defacto complainant. On 26.02.2026, the first accused, who is the son of the second accused, assaulted the wife of the defacto complainant and also abused her. Since she sustained injury, she was admitted in hospital. Hence, the present complaint. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, the learned counsel prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the victim sustained grievous injury. Further, the right hand of the victim was completely severed. Therefore, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 6. It is seen that the victim sustained grievous injuries in the right hand and the right hand was completely severed till wrist.
