The matter has been listed under the heading “TO BE MENTIONED” at the instance of the learned advocate for the petitioner for correction of a typographical mistake having crept into the order dated 16.02.2026 in paragraph 2. 2. In the said paragraph, the petitioner has wrongly been described as “retired Commandant” instead of “retired Deputy Commandant”. 3. The mistake is obvious and not in dispute. 4. We, therefore, direct that “retired Commandant” in paragraph 2 be read as “retired Deputy Commandant”. 5. The order dated 16.02.2026 stands modified accordingly. (Madhuresh Prasad, J.)
