Applicant was granted interim bail for a period of four weeks vide order dated 27.07.2026 passed by this Court. 2. Interim bail was granted, primarily, for the reason that he suffered bilateral distal radius fractures in his wrists in an incident, which took place in Tihar on 02.05.2026. 3. In terms of the aforesaid order, applicant has already undergone surgery on 04.08.2026 and as per medical report given by Dr. Pradeep Bageja, Senior Consultant Orthopedics & Knee Replacement Surgeon, Sir This is a digitally signed order. The planning for suture removal is for 19.08.2026 and the plaster would be required for approximately five weeks from the date of surgery i.e. till 08.09.2026. 4. It is also apprised that learned Trial Court in another case of MCOCA, which is against the same applicant, keeping in mind the aforesaid surgical intervention and to give him ample time to recover, has granted him interim bail till 10.09.2026. 5. Keeping in mind the specific report of the concerned doctor of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, the interim bail stands extended, on the same terms and conditions, till 10.09.2026. 6. Applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail Authorities on 10.09.2026. 7. Application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 8.
