Though, reply has not been filed to the application, however, prayer for condonation of delay has been opposed by learned counsel appearing for the respondent on the ground that day to day delay, as required to be explained under law, has not been explained. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there were justifiable and sufficient reasons, which prevented the applicants from filing the revision petition within the prescribed period. Considering the averments made in the application and submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered opinion that delay in filing the review petition deserves to be condoned.
