Petitioner is before this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for the following reliefs: "i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 4th respondent shall register a Criminal Case against 5th Respondent forthwith vide annexure-A dated 28.04.2026. ii. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 4th Respondent shall tract out the whereabouts of two minor children Aditya aged about 5 years, and Gowthami female aged about 3 years forthwith. iii. Issue a Writ, or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of case in the interest of justice and equity." 3. Under the circumstances, The petitioner is not entitled for the relief as sought for. 5. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit an appropriate complaint before the jurisdictional police, who shall receive the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
