CMP Nos.13914, 13916, 13917 & 12043 of 2026 The present applications under Section 151 of CPC, have been filed by the applicants/respondents No. 1 to 4, namely, Suman Devi, Komal, Nitin Kumar & Kamla Devi, for release of award amount alongwith up-to-date interest, in their favour, as per their shares, as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. Learned counsel for the applicants/respondents, under their instructions, states that since the present appeal has been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 07.11.2025 and no further appeal or challenge has been preferred against the said judgment till date and the same has attained finality, as such, the prayer made in the application may be allowed. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the applications, which are duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants coupled with the fact that the judgment dated 07.11.2025 passed by this Court has attained finality, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the award amount alongwith up-to-date interest as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court in favour of the applicants/respondents No. 1 to 4, namely, Suman Devi, Komal, Nitin Kumar & Kamla Devi, strictly, as per their shares, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to their saving bank accounts, details whereof have been mentioned in Para-3 of the CMP No.13914 of 2026 and Para-2 of CMPs No.13916, 13917 & 12043 of 2026 as well as photocopies of the pass books of aforesaid applicants annexed with the application (Annexure A-1, colly).
