1. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers:
“a) Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction quashing the impugned orders dated 17.09.2024 and 03.06.2025 passed by the Central Information Commission. b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to take steps in accordance with Section 6(3) of the RTI Act by forwarding/transferring the Petitioner’s RTI Application dated 18.03.2023 to the appropriate public authority, if so required in law. c) Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction for reconsideration of the Petitioner’s grievance regarding action under Section 20 of the RTI Act against the concerned CPIO in accordance with law. d) Direct the appropriate public authority/competent authority to deal with and furnish, in accordance with law, the information sought by the Petitioner in his RTI Application dated 18.03.2023 within a time-bound period as may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court.” This is a digitally signed order. 2. At the outset, this Court notes that the averments made in the petition are completely vague, unclear and indiscernible, along with multiple typographical errors.
3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed, with liberty to file afresh an appropriate/better petition.
