Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner and some other miscreants were apprehended on the suspicion that they were involved in cybercrime. So far as the petitioner is concerned, one mobile and two SIMS were recovered from his possession. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge a case against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.12.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
