By way of the present petition filed under section 528 of the BNSS, petitioner No. l seeks quashing of case FIR No.462/2018 dated 19.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 ('JJ Act) registered at Police Station Vijay Vihar, Delhi. 2. Respondent no.2 – Vishal, who appears in person, submits that he has not signed the settlement agreement. His signatures were obtained under false pretext. This is a digitally signed order.
