In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to register regular First Information Report on the online complaint made by the petitioner. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the online complaint made on 25.08.2024 has been acknowledged by the Police, but subsequent thereto they do not seem to be registration of any First Information Report. Learned AC to SC-VII submits that if the petitioner gives a written complaint, First Information Report shall be instituted. In view of the submission advanced by learned AC to SC-VII, the petitioner is directed to submit a written complaint to the concerned respondent no.5 with respect to the allegations made in the online complaint made by it on 25.08.2024 and if such written complaint is made necessary steps shall be taken by the respondent no. 5 in terms of the submissions advanced by the learned AC to SC-VII.
