The petitioner is praying for his transfer outside the tribal area, on the ground that he has already completed his normal tenure in the said area. 3. This petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation which has been filed by the petitioner i.e.,, Annexure P-2 shall be decided by the Competent Authority within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of the 2 petitioner having completed his normal, he be posted out of the tribal area and adjusted at a suitable station of his choice, if administratively feasible.
