After addressing the arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo. Memo reads as under: "The counsel for the petitioner humbly submits that the petitioner has filed the above petition challenging the judgment of the Trial Court below. However, as per the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 08.04.2019, directed to deposit 75% of the fine amount before the Court. In compliance of the order dated 08.04.2019 the petitioner has deposited Rs.75,000/- through D.D.No.040846, 040848, 040847 for Rs.20,000/- each and D.D.No.040849 for Rs.15,000/- drawn on Nyayamitra Sahakari Bank Niyamita, high Court branch, Bengaluru. Wherefore the petitioner hereby undertaking to deposit the remaining amount through D.D. in the following dates in the name of the Registrar (General), High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru.
