It has been submitted that the petitioner had also filed an application for release of his Swift Dezire car bearing Registration No.JH01EK7847, but the same was dismissed as not maintainable on account of the fact that the supplementary case record was pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate. It has been submitted that at the present moment no supplementary case record is pending. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner can very well move before the learned trial court for release of his vehicle as has been done in the case of other two seized vehicles. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned court for release of his Swift Dezire car bearing Registration No.JH01EK7847.
