The only contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was no situation warranting the learned IV Family Court Judge, to pass such an order. While perusing the above order, the same appears to be an interim measure till the petitioner side evidence is closed. Thereby, the learned Judge has actuated the completion of trial at the earliest. While perusing the said order, this Court absolutely does not find any palpable error, therefore, there are no ground to interfere with the same. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed.
