Sr. No. 03
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR
CCP(S) 191/2026 in[SWP 1683/2013] TASFI SHAFI …Petitioner(s)/appellant(s) Through: Ms. Mehjabeen, Advocate
Vs.
SHRI RAM NIWAS SHARMA AND OTHERS ...Respondent(s) Through:
CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE
O R D E R 29-06-2026
The petitioner through the medium of present petition is seeking implementation of order dated 10.04.2014 passed by learned writ court whereby the writ petition titled “Bilkees Amin and Others Vs. State of J&K and Ors” has been dismissed. The Contempt petitioner happened to be respondent No. 05 in the said writ petition. A perusal of the writ court order would reveal that no direction has been issued in favour of respondent No. 05. By virtue of the order dated 10.04.2014, the writ petition has been simply dismissed. Therefore, there is no question of implementation of any order in favour of the contempt petitioner. The petition is, therefore, not maintainable and is dismissed, leaving it open to the contempt petitioner to avail appropriate remedy for redressal of her grievance.
