Heard Sri Shiv Sagar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Ms. Shruti Malviya, learned State Law Officer representing the State. 2. The petitioner claims to be a bona fide purchaser of the property which was recorded in the name of the mother and not the son, and therefore, challenges the order of attachment in respect of the property of which he has become the sole owner. In our considered view, since an order of attachment has been passed, the petitioner may approach the Family Court by moving an application for recall of the said order. If he does so within two weeks from today, his recall application shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 4. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of. 5.
