GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: “…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of respondents 2 to 4 in not consider my representation . dated 12.01.2026 submitted for granting police aid against the respondent No.5 and he violated the decree and Judgment dated 17.04.2018 passed in O.S No. 35 of 2010 on the file of the court of learned Junior civil Judge, Allagadda, Nandyal District in respect to my House property i.e H.No.3-8-49 (New), Old No.3-8- 31 / 10, with Upstairs and same was situated in 3rd ward and Stn Block in Ramalayam Street in Allagadda Village in Allagadda Mandal of Allagadda Sub Registration District, Nandyal District and same was confirmed in decree and Judgment dated 14.02.2022 passed in appeal suit in A.S No. 28 of 2018 on the file of the court of learned V Additional District Judge, Allagadda, Nandyal District and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, Un Just and Un constitutional and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on the part of respondents 2 to 4 and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to grant police aid to petitioner in respect to house property…” 2. Mr. Muchakayala Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have not considered the representation dated 12.01.2026 submitted by the petitioner. 3. Sri Ajay Babu, learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that Respondent No.4 has conducted a preliminary enquiry and found that the dispute between the petitioner and Respondent No.5 is civil in nature. 3 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with the procedure established by law. 5.
