The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mandar PS Case No.06 of 2023, for offence registered under section 366-A of the IPC, pending in court of learned J.M.F.C.-XII, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with eloping the victim girl, however, now the victim girl is with their parents. He next submits that only allegation is made that the petitioner has introduced Taish Ansari with the victim. He also submits that in the statement under section 164 of Cr.PC of the victim, nothing has been stated against the petitioner. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are there and the petitioner has introduced the victim 2026:JHHC:16436 2 with Taish Ansari. 5. Considering that the petitioner is a lady and only allegation has been made against the petitioner that she has introduced one Taish Ansari with the victim and now the victim is with her parents and even in the statement under section 164 Cr.PC the victim has stated nothing against the petitioner, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of her surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C.-XII, Ranchi, in connection with Mandar PS Case No.06 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
