Heard Mr. Chandra Jeet Yadav, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Amit Shukla, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 4 and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. 2. In compliance with our order dated 22.09.2026, a personal affidavit has been filed by the Operations Manager, H.D.B. Financial Services, Varanasi, where is averred in paragraphs nos. 3 to 6 : 3. That in pursuance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Court, the deponent proceeded to issue NOC from the head office. Accordingly on dated 26.09.2026 the NOC was dispatched from the office of HDB Financial Services, 132 Kodambakkam High Road, Tirumurthy Nagar, Nungambakkam, Egmore, Chennai - 600034 through Waybill No. 18155593271, BLUEDART EXPRESS Courier at the address of Varanasi Branch. A copy of Waybill No. 18155593271, BLUEDART EXPRESS Courier is annexed as Annexure No. 1. 4. That it appears due to heavy rain, the network of the courier company delayed in delivery. A copy of tracking of consignment stating the "Network Delay, Will impact Delivery". Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Chandra Jeet Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : Amit Shukla, C.S.C. Rajendra Maurya .....Petitioner(s) State of U.P. and others .....Respondent(s) 5. That as per the tracing report, the Courier containing NOC may be delivered on 30.09.2026. 6. That the petitioner undertakes that immediately after receiving the Courier containing NOC, the copy of NOC will be delivered to the petitioner without any further delay. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he has received the NOC. 4. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition.
