The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 - Assistant Director of Land Records and respondent No.3 - Tahsildar, KGF Taluk have failed to conduct the Hadbast proceedings in terms of the online application filed by the petitioner on 11.11.2025, despite this Court in W.P.No.37492/2025, by order dated 18.03.2026 reserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the application filed for Hadbast, for fixation of the boundaries of the petition schedule property having regard to the permission granted to the neighboring property owner for establishment of a petrol bunk on an agricultural land. 3. Having regard to the facts narrated hereinabove, the writ petition stands disposed of with a - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19653 WP No. 10629 of 2026 specific direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to proceed to conduct the Hadbast and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. For that purpose the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent No.3 - Tahsildar, KGF Taluk, on 16.04.2026 and the Tahsildar shall fix the next date of hearing following notices to be issued to all concerned.
