Mr. Dubey would submit that the petitioner was appointed as President of Chhattisgarh Rajya Yuva Ayog vide order dated 16.07.2021 issued by the State of Chhattisgarh in the name of Governor. He would submit that the said order has been cancelled by the Deputy Secretary vide order dated 19.12.2023, who was not competent to pass order of cancellation of appointment of the petitioner. He would pray to set-aside the order Annexure P/1. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Choubey would submit that the appointment of the petitioner was cancelled by respondent No. 1 vide order dated 19.12.2023, and subsequently, another person has been appointed as President of Chhattisgarh Rajya Yuva Ayog and said order has not been challenged by the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that during the pendency of this petition another person has already been appointed as President of Chhattisgarh 3 Rajya Yuva Ayog and said order has not been challenged, in my opinion this petition is not maintainable, accordingly, dismissed.
