He next submits that even for some times, the informant and the petitioner were in live-in relationship. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of establishing the physical relationship on the false pretext of marriage. [ 2026:JHHC:16531] -2- 5. On perusal of the FIR, it transpires that in the FIR itself, it has been stated that both the parties were in relationship and for some times they have also lived in live-in relationship and further it has been stated that the petitioner and the informant were in relationship since the year 2018, wherein the FIR has been lodged on 20.04.2026, which prima facie suggests that the relationship was consensual in nature. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Balumath P.S.
