The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking limited relief of issuance of direction to the Collector, Jashpur to decide his application dated 15.02.2023 (Annexure-P/1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed application dated 15.02.2023 (Annexure-P/1) before Collector, Jashpur, BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2026.01.31 17:24:15 +0530 2 seeking permission to sell his diverted land bearing Khasra No.397/2 area 0.081 hectare, situated at village Kunkuri PH No.24 RIC Kunkuri Tahsil & Distt. Kunkuri Distt. Jashpur (CG) for which, Revenue Case No.202303030500020/A-21 year 2023-24 has also been registered, but even after the lapse of about 03 years, the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed. Hence, it is prayed that Collector, Jashpur is directed to decide the application/revenue case of the petitioner, within the stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondents has no objection on the limited prayer of the petitioner. 4. It is a sorry state of affairs that the application filed by the petitioner has been pending for consideration before the Collector, Jashpur for the past 03 years, despite that, the same has not been decided yet. Therefore, Collector, Jashpur/respondent No.3 is directed to decide aforesaid application/revenue case of the petitioner, within 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.
