Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider a report of committee 4 / 4 and issue appropriate order for grant of pay and grade pay of Staff Nurse, within stipulated period. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass similar order passed in writ petition no. 3372/2025, in matter of Smt. Suman Shardul & Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others dated 09.05.2025. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit.” 2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority, raising all grounds as they have raised in the present writ petition, and concerned authority may be directed to consider and decide the same within stipulated period. 3. The above prayer made by counsel for the petitioners is not opposed by learned counsel for the State/respondent. 4. In view of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without going into merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to make a fresh representation raising all grounds as they raised in the writ petition before the concerned respondent authority within ‘three weeks’ from today and on submission of such representation, concerned respondent authority, in turn, is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously within an outer limit of ‘90 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
