The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “1. Entire Criminal Proceedings of Criminal RCC No. 21797/2025, pending before the learned CJM Durg, District Durg (C.G.), (ANNEXURE P-1) so far as it relates to the Petitioner. 2. Final Report bearing no. 534/2022 dated 15.07.2022 submitted by the Outpost Padmanabhpur Police Station- Durg Kotwali, District- Durg (C.G.) before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Durg, District Durg (C.G.) in connection with Crime No. 677/2019 registered on 23.07.2019, under section 420, 406, 34 of Indian Penal Code, (ANNEXURE P-2) so far as it relates to the Petitioner. 3. Any other relief which the Hon'ble court deems fit may also be kindly passed in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 4. Cost of the petition may kindly be awarded to the petitioner.” 3. From perusal of the present petition, it transpires that the petitioner has challenged the FIR and charge-sheet of the present case, however, cognizance has already been taken on 03.06.2025 but the same has not been challenged nor the order framing charge has been challenged. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner has drafted a vague and sketchy prayer. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file a duly constituted petition with an appropriate prayer. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty 3 to file petition afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today, and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Specialized Adoption Agency Bemetara (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of this Court. 6. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
