IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI
WRIT APPEAL NO: 158 of 2026 Bench Sr.No:-2 [3446] Kallepalli Balaswamy Gupta and another ...Appellants Vs. The State of Andhra Pradesh and others ...Respondents ********** Advocate for Appellants : Mr B Chandra Shekhar Advocate for Respondents : GP for Transport
CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE R RAGHUNANDAN RAO DATE : 19th February, 2026 P C :
The present writ appeal has been preferred against the order dated 12.12.2025 in WP.No.24208 of 2025.
We have heard learned counsel for the parties and are of the opinion that no interference is warranted, at this stage, as none of the issues which the appellants raised before us have been decided at all by the learned single Judge.
Our interference, at this stage, would prejudge the issues which are otherwise required to be considered by the learned single Judge which would render such proceedings academic.
2 HCJ & RRR, J WA_158_2026
We, therefore, allow the parties to work out their remedies before the learned single Judge hearing the matter.
Registry is directed to list WP.No.24208 of 2025 before the learned single Judge having Roster, on 23.02.2026.
The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
