The learned Government Advocate has not seriously objected to the condonation of the delay, as prayed for in the present Interlocutory Application. On a perusal of the reasons set out in the Interlocutory Application towards explaining the delay, occasioning in instituting the connected Writ Appeal, we find that the same constitute sufficient reasons for condonation of the delay, occasioning for instituting the connected Writ Appeal. In view of the above, the delay of 123 days, occasioning in instituting the connected Writ Appeal, stands condoned. The Writ Appeal would now be considered on merits. With the above observations and directions, the present Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
