1. Mr. Syed Kashif Jafri, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned A.G.A. with Mr. Vijay Khanduri, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. The present applicant ‘Abdul Aleem Khan’ is praying for anticipatory bail in reference to First Information Report dated 02.06.2025 bearing FIR No. 0028 of 2025 P.S. Mallital, District Nainital, wherein, the present applicant has been implicated for the offence punishable under section 420 of IPC.
4. The allegations as alleged is with regard to some interpolation in the Aadhar Card. The Coordinate Bench already granted interim protection to the present applicant on 11.06.2025. Now, Mr. Joshi, learned A.G.A. apprise to this court that on completion of the investigation now the final report has already been filed.
5. In such view of the matter since now on completion of investigation final report has been filed, therefore instant anticipatory bail application is now rendered infructuous.
6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
