No. 301/2023 has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief(s): “(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. (ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order for quashing impugned FIR dated 07.06.2022 bearing Crime No. 112/2022 registered with Police Station Mahila thana, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Respondent No.1) against the present petitioner, in the interest of justice. 3 (iii) That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, may kindly be awarded.” 3 In Cr.M.P. No. 543/2023, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): “(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the case of the Petitioners. (ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate order for quashing impugned FIR dated 07.06.202 bearing Crime No. 11/2022 registered with Police Station– Mahila Thana, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Respondent No. 1) against the present petitioners, in the interest of justice. (iii) That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, may kindly be awarded.” 4 In Cr.M.P. No. 301/2023, Mr. Kashif Shakeel, learned counsel appears and though the Vakalatnama was filed by Mr. Shobhit Mishra, learned counsel,however, now he is representing the petitioner but he could not file his Vakalatnama as the petitioner-Sukriti Shukla is residing in Ireland. He further submits that since no charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner-Sukriti Shukla, this petition has virtually become infructuous. 5 Learned counsel appearing for other side do not controvert the above submission. 6 In view of the above, Cr.M.P. No. 301/2023 is dismissed as having become infructuous. 4 7 So far as Cr.M.P. No. 543/2023 is concerned, Mr. Kashif Shakeel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that since charge- sheet has been filed against the petitioners-Ramesh Shukla and Renuka Shukla, on 24.05.2024, and charges have also been framed against them on 17.12.2025, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet and framing of the charges against the petitioners. 8 Learned counsel appearing for other side have no objection. 9 In view of the above, Cr.M.P. No. 543/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law, if so advised.
