JUSTICE JASMEET SINGH O R D E R % 17.08.2026 CM APPL. 54816/2026 1. This is an application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, 1908 on behalf of the petitioner seeking following prayers:- ”a. Pass an appropriate order and/or direction directing the Respondent Bank to accept the balance payment of Rs.3,48,15,414.63/- tendered by/on behalf of the Petitioner pursuant to the order dated 24.07.2026 passed by this Hon’ble Court; b. Pass an appropriate order and/or direction directing the Respondent Bank, upon receipt of the entire amount lawfully due and payable by the Petitioner, to issue the No Dues Certificate/No Objection Certificate and release and hand This is a digitally signed order. For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice. 3. Mr. Jai Mohan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4. Mr. Uppal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the email dated 03.08.2026 has been wrongly written and he unconditionally withdraws the same. 5. He further states that he has already deposited Rs. 1,00,00,000/- in compliance of the undertaking recorded in the Order dated 24.07.2026 and is also depositing further amounts by way of demand drafts bearing DD No. 500085 for Rs. 3,48,15,414.63/- and DD No. 500088 for Rs. 47,85,996.86/- which have been handed over to the respondent today. 6. Mr. Jai Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, states that the original title documents are lying with the Debts Recovery Tribunal (“DRT”) and the respondent has already moved an application for release of the same. The DRT is expected to do the needful within 10 days from today and on receipt of the same, the original title documents along with possession and relevant No Objection Certificates shall be given to the petitioner within one week thereafter. 7.
