By the present application, the applicant/petitioner prays for granting leave of this Court to allow him to file connected criminal petition by dispensing with or exemption of filing certified copies of the impugned order dated 16-03-2023 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Imphal West, Manipur in Cril. Misc. Case No. 294 of 2022 (Ref. Cril. (NI) Case No. 62 of 2021) and impugned order dated 06-02-2026 passed by the learned CJM, Imphal West in Cril. (NI) Case No. 62 of 2021. It is submitted that there is urgency in the matter as the petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned directions of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Imphal West imposing heavy costs on him and the petitioner undertakes to file certified copies as and when the same are delivered to him. Considering the submission made at the Bar, MC(Cril.Petn.) No. 14 of 2026 is allowed and the connected criminal petition may be numbered if the same is in order. The petitioner is directed to file certified copies of the impugned orders as soon as the same are delivered to him.
