The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hazaribag A.C.B. P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Section 7(a) of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, ACB Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation is made against the petitioner of demanding Rs.3,000/- and the recovery of that amount is also alleged against the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2025 and the charge-sheet has been submitted. He then submits that he has got instruction that if the 2026:JHHC:45 --2-- B.A. No. 11836 of 2025 regular bail will be granted the petitioner will not tamper with the evidence. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that from the possession of the petitioner Rs.3,000/- has been recovered. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted now and on instruction it has been pointed out that petitioner will not tamper with any evidence if regular bail is granted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, ACB Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribag A.C.B.
