The present petition has been filed for the following relief: “B. By issuing appropriate writ or order or directions in the like nature, the respondent no. 2 may kindly be directed to forward the proposal dated 07.09.2025 submitted on 09.04.2026 with the respondent no.3 be kindly directed to decide the proposal within specific period.” 2. The petitioner contends that he has been transferred from unaided to aided school by the Management, and thereafter, the proposal dated 07.09.2025 was submitted on 09.04.2026 for approval. 3. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents No. 1 and 2, and submits that such proposals are now required to be decided by the Commissioner of Education, Maharashtra State, Narwade 2026:BHC-AUG:46105-DB *2* 52-wp-12797-2026 Pune, in view of Government Resolution dated 13.11.2025. 4. In view of the Government Resolution dated 13.11.2025, respondent No. 2 shall forward the proposal dated 07.09.2025 submitted on 09.04.2026 to the Commissioner of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune within a period of fifteen (15) days from today, if it is not already forwarded. 5. The Commissioner of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune shall decide the said proposal dated 07.09.2025, within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of its receipt. (ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J.)
