V R REDDY KOVVURI The Court made the following: RC,J C.R.P.No.324 of 2023 3 ORDER This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/respondent No.1/ defendant no.1 aggrieved by the orders passed in I.A.No.657 of 2022 in I.A.No.424 of 2021 in O.S.No.617 of 2021 on the file of the Court of the learned IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa. 2. In the suit filed by the respondent for cancellation of the registered sale deed and rectification deed, the respondent/plaintiff filed petition vide I.A.No.424 of 2021 seeking interim injunction restraining the defendants therein from in any manner interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment over the scheduled mentioned properties. In the said petition, the petitioner filed I.A.No.657 of 2022 to summon the Sub Registrar and Sub Inspector of police on the ground that summoning them is expedient to substantiate his case. The learned trial Judge, vide impugned orders dismissed the said petition. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner filed this Civil Revision Petition. 3. Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that pending this Civil Revision Petition, the learned trial Judge had disposed of the petition vide I.A.No.657 of 2022 in O.S.No.617 of 2021 and therefore, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. RC,J C.R.P.No.324 of 2023 4 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
