Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. A prayer is made to direct the learned Industrial Court, Amravati to decide the proceedings within a time bound period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to Section 28 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 (for short ‘MRTU’ and ‘PULP Act’) and submits that the proceedings in Complaint (ULP) No.137 of 2019 are required to be conducted within the time frame prescribed therein. He submits that the aforesaid fact can always be brought to the notice of the learned Tribunal with a request to expedite the proceedings. 4.
