The suit filed by the plaintiff was dismissed for want of prosecution. An application for restoration of suit was moved, which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the said restoration application. 2. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the respondents, at this admission stage, the court below is hereby directed to proceed with the aforesaid Restoration Application No. 9/74 of 2026 pending consideration in Original Suit No. 20 of 2003 and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties. 3.
