The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Katras (East Basuriya O.P.) P.S. Case No.74 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 132, 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against the mob of 50 to 60 persons. 2026:JHHC:16401 --2-- A.B.A. No. 2908 of 2026 He further submits that allegations are made that road blockage was made due to scuffle between two parties and pursuant to that police has come and further the scuffle took place. He further submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.16 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of indulging into scuffle with the police officials. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that 50 to 60 persons were present on the spot and there are general and omnibus allegation and it is not clear pursuant to whose assault the injury has been received by one of the person and further the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.16 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Katras (East Basuriya O.P.)
