The aforesaid document is taken on record. 4. He further submits that the Department of Primary Education, of Gujarat, has been communicated, in regards the aforesaid corrigendum. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has further handed over to this Court a screenshot from the official website of the respondent- NCTE, wherein, the status of the petitioner-institution has been shown as having a sanctioned intake capacity of 100 seats. 6.
