1. Heard the parties. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
“For a direction upon the Respondent No.2 i.e. District Commissioner cum District Magistrate, Ranchi, to expeditiously dispose of the application filed by the Petitioner Bank being Application dated 27.06.2024, filed u/s 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, for grant of permission for taking physical possession of the properties in question so mortgaged in favour of the Petitioner Bank against the loan account in the name of M/s Medisun.”
3. During pendency of the present writ petition, necessary order has been passed by the respondents which has been presented before this Court being Letter No.63(ii)/Ni dated 06.03.2026. Office is directed to keep it on record. 2026:JHHC:6220
