Public Prosecutor submitted that service of notice upon Page No.# 2/2 the respondent No. 2 is complete. However, none appears today. The petitioner is on interim protection. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submitted that there are no allegations against the petitioner which can be said to be commission of offences under the POCSO Act. In view of the above, this court is of the opinion that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner would not be necessary during the investigation. However, it is provided that the petitioner shall participate in the investigation as and when called for by the Investigating Authority. The petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Authority under the protection granted by this Court. Bail granted earlier is made absolute.
