Sri.Laxmikantha K.B., learned counsel for respondent submits that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in the matter and he is dragging on the proceedings. 3. On 21.01.2026 the following order was passed: "Ms. M.R.Shinde representing Sri. Swastika Sai M learned counsel on record for the petitioner seeks time. On the other hand Sri. Laxmikantha K.B learned counsel for respondent appears through video conference and submits that the petitioner is dragging on the matter and though sufficient time was granted by this Court, the petitioner has not chosen to make his submission. Record discloses justification in the submission thus made by learned counsel for the respondent. However to give fair opportunity, stand over to 10.02.2026.
